This arrangement pays homage to the delicate polyphony of Percy Grainger's Ye Banks and Braes o' Bonnie Doon. This arrangement was commissioned by Melodianne Mallow, conductor of the North Richland Middle School Band, from North Richland Hills, Texas. This band was named CC Honor Band for the state of Texas in 1998.
