The play concerns the two tooth trolls, Karius and Baktus, who play havoc and lark about inside Jens"s teeth. "First out" is the happy song where they are waiting something sweet to eat, and then it is the sad song after Jens have been to the dentist and all the wholes are filled and only healthy food comes their way.
